Linda was a kind and generous woman who always worked hard. She trained as a hairdresser but found she enjoyed working in a care home, looking after people who were in need. She was very popular and is sadly missed by Swindon held no really good memories for her so she moved to the Isle of Man, worked hard and bought herself a beautiful cottage by the sea. The garden was unforgettable, wild and beautiful. She was blessed with four grandchildren whom she absolutely adored. It was her greatest wish that if anything happened to her, her offspring would benefit from equal shares of her estate. Unfortunately, she was ill advised when taking out her mortgage, her eldest daughter was named as Linda herself was unable to borrow quite as much as she needed. Now, unfortunately, her eldest daughter is legally entitled to all of her estste as my sister did not have enough time left to change her will from her old address to her new one. Therefore, the will was not void. However, it was widely known by all who knew her that she wanted all THREE of her children to have equal shares. Whether her eldest daughter decides to grant her mothers wishes is debatable...greed has become her god and my sister has obviously become a distant memory to her. My sister will never be able to rest in peace knowing that her eldest child cares nothing about what she really wanted...god may forgive her but i never will...
